The Process
Free Consultation
We’ll meet in your space (or over Zoom) to talk through your goals. I’ll take photos, get a sense of the space and how you use it, and make sure we’re aligned before anything is scheduled.
I’ll send a follow-up email with a project outline, a time estimate, and product recommendations. You’ll know what you’re committing to before anything is booked.
Organizing
On session day, I bring everything we need — bins, boxes, bags, and any organizing products we’ve agreed on in advance. We sort together or I work independently, depending on what feels right for you.
Before anything leaves your home, we’ll walk through what’s being donated so you’re comfortable with every decision.
Donation Management
Every session includes one SUV-load of donation coordination — at no extra charge. I photograph the items, match them with the right local organization, handle the drop-off, and give you a complete itemized donation log for your tax records.
You don’t have to figure out where anything goes. That’s my job.
Where Your Donations Go
I work with a curated network of local 501(c)(3) organizations across MetroWest — shelters, food pantries, schools, youth programs, and more. I work with them to understand their donation needs and match items accordingly, ensuring any items they receive meet their condition requirements. During your consultation, we’ll talk about which causes matter to you, and I’ll match your items accordingly.
Pricing & Policies
$115 / hour — one transparent rate for all in-person work. No charge for drive time or mileage.
2-hour minimum per session — enough time to finish something and actually feel the difference.
Donations included — one SUV-load of coordination, drop-off, and documentation per session, at no additional charge.
Organizing products — if storage products would help, I’ll make recommendations, purchase them at cost, and bring them to your session. No markup.
Cancellation — 48-hour notice for a full refund. Life happens.
